• Communications: messages you send us through contact forms, email, or WhatsApp.

3. Student Data

Student records entered into the platform are owned by the school. We act as a data processor on behalf of the school. Student data is only accessible to authorized users within the school (teachers, administrators, bursars) based on their assigned roles. We do not sell, share, or use student data for advertising or profiling purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel and logged for audit purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate the platform, including cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers have access to information only as needed to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When a school closes its account, student and financial records are retained for 90 days to allow data export, then permanently deleted. Transactional records required for legal or financial compliance may be retained longer.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Export your data in a machine-readable format.
